CACV OF COLORADO LLC is the company that have been harrassing me for the past year. They have been calling my job everyday and finally made me loss my job and discuss my affairs with my employer and lying about me owing them money. I had a Providian credit card which had a credit protection and in November of I was sick and as a result was not able meet my obligations, providian Bank cancelled my credit protection without any notice and charged me ridiculous late fees and over the account limit charges which took my account balance from $670 To $1998.7i. The cocv of Colorado LLC file a lawsuit against me which I will challenge in court, claiming More $3800.00 form me. I would need help to battle this case.
