CACV Of Colorado - Scott Lowery
Filed A Arbitration Claim With NAF Ripoff

I received a Arbitration claim from CACV of Colardo, Scott Lowery for approximatly 7000.00 plus attorney fees of almost 1400.00 for an old MBNA credit card. My credit limit was only for 1300.00.

If they ever called they never said where they were from or who they were. Now just the other day we received a call and they said who they were and calling from CACV.

I sent an email to Bud Hibbs and he said to send a dispute validation notice making demand for all documentation that validates their claim.

CACV sent with the arbitration claim a questionairre asking a lot of personal questions like, employment, bank information, etc..

Should I fill out the arbitration and submit it along with the questionairre?
