Ripoff, never return phone calls if you think you are caught up your not

We have benn making $200.00 a month extra payment to catch up our acct for over 2 years. We have not recicved a payment statement that whole time. We called in nov and they told us we were still behind over $4,000.00! We could not believe it but we refinanced our truck through another company and sent them $4,488.00. Just what they told us to do. Thought we could start the new year out fresh. But no!

I asked for a statment and got one and it showed us 6,000.00 beckward in our escrow. I again call and call and call get no response. I got a human 2 times and they told me they would get a superviser to look at it and never heard back. I called again and was told they were in a meeting.

We have done everything they have told us to and we got nowhere. Keep records of people who you talk to and right down every thing. They are bad people doing bad business. I have cryed myself to sleep many times not understanding why this is happening to me. Its because someone some where in that company are lining there pockets with our hard earned money.
