LDG financial is the collection company for Verizon Wireless and they harrass the heck out of me. They leave automated messages to call a Ms. Daniels ALL the time, I was sooo pissed and said I am not paying you a dime. They said they will just say its a refusal to pay and put it on my credit. They still call! I will pay the bill when Im good and ready, but as long as they call. They are getting pushed to the bottom of the pack:). I am looking into the Collection Harassment Act this is what I came up with: http://www.ftc. Gov/speeches/azcuenaga/cac94.htm

I am sending them a letter stating the Harassment and The Fair Debt Collection Act and that they need to stop calling.
