I recently received credit card apps. From various companies stating that I was pre approved for a credit card. I did accept 2 including CortTrust Bank, My first bill was for $30 with I paid from my online banking acct. This was to be a one time only transaction.

The next months bill came I sent in a check for the accect fee-finance charge, monthly part. Fee and the annual charge for the year. I am restoring my credit due to a previous relationship so this (I thought was a good way to re establish my credit), this company was quicker to steal money from me then my ex.

I received my monthly bank statement, as I read it I noticed that there was a $30 dollar charge from CorTrust Bank (authorized), there was another $30 charge and a doublicate charge for the initial fees that I had already paid for. I contacted their 888 number where I received nothing but confustion I was told that my money would be returned.

It has been 6 months, I have never used this card and my finance charges have been payed for twice. I continue to get the run-around from them plus as a kicker my $6 monthly fee continues to add up. Please use my words as a warning
