First National Credit Card
Ripoff charges unnecessary fees

I applied for a credit card with First National Credit Card, a division of First National Bank (Pierre, SD) 800.378.0093.

I didn't know that when I received the credit card there would already be a charge on the credit card for $175.00 with just a $250.00 credit limit.

They have a $99.00 acceptance fee, $30.00 program fee, $40.00 annual membership fee and a $6.00 monthly participation fee.

All real credit card companies either charge you a monthly participation fee or annual fee. I do not understand why I should have to pay these fees.
