Ripoff

I am a small home improvement business and the man who set me up to take credit cards didn't tell me anything about a lease that you couldn't terminate and now they are telling me that I am under a 4 year lease and have all ready reported me to the credit bureau. I think it is wrong for a company that has so many strikes against it to be able to report anything to the credit bureau and think something needs to be done about this outfit. They also don't claim any responsibility for the sales man that set this up and even if he is a sub contractor are they not responsible for his actions while doing their business.

I do home improvements and if I have another contractor do something in someone home I am responsible for what ever they do.
