Ripoff fraudulent lending loan scams

Do not do business with this company. I needed money after my father in law died to pay for funeral expenses, etc. I sent this company $599.40 and they have yet to give me a loan or send me my money back. They promised me a loan within 2-4 hours once I sent the funds. They lied repeatedly telling me they already sent the money and my bank rejected the direct deposit, then they said they sent a check.

They then said I needed to send them another $399.00 at which point I told them to send me a refund. I'm still trying to get my money back. They have you state your name when you call and they do not answer the phone when I call.

I have sent a report to the NY attorney general's office, the IL attorney general's office and the Banking authority of NY. Do not send them any money. They are a scam. It's sad that they take advantage of people at the worst times in their lives. I was desperate and now I'm out my rent money and worse off than I was before. Don't let this happen to you.

If they contact you report them to the attorney general's office of NY and in your state. Contact any consumer groups you can. Let's shut them down.
