My brother purchased and received Dinars from dinarmerchant.com. Therefore, I felt that this would be a great opportunity to invest in Dinars from a good company. My husband and I purchased $1,000, 000 Dinars in August. It is now April and we still have not received them. We paid $795 for the Dinars! We are not rich, so this was very upsetting.

Since placing the order we have recieved four e-mails stating that our order is being processed or that their phone services are down. My husband has attempted to reach them at least three times via e-mail and several times through phone numbers and has not received no response. 3/22 called the number that Dinar Merchant has on website. It said that mailbox did not exist. I did a reverse phone number lookup and got in touch with Melissa at Premier Business Center in San Diego and she said that Dinar Merchant only has a phone line and does not have an office there.

3/23 - Spoke to Samir & at 11:40, he said someone will call me back in 2 minutes. Received call from Joseph & at 858-967-5917 at 11:44. Said that he is placing me on priority listing. Check update. Delivery confirmation no later than tomorrow. Joseph called back at 12:19 for an updated phone number and address.

He explained that they do have offices, they just have to go where the money gets shipped because it's coming from the Middle East. He said they are in the process of moving the business to Chicago. I felt that I could rely on the information he gave me and was confident that he would follow through. I checked my order status on 3/24 and noticed that I did not have any confirmation.

Called Joseph - back on 3/29 at 12:13P.M. I left a message for him that the account did not show updates of a delivery confirmation or an updated address. Asked him to call me back. Did a reverse address look up for the 30 S wacker Dr. Suite 2200 in Chicago and got a number for a Susanne McCartney.

It was a number to a law firm and they gave me the number to building security. That number is 312-993-4311. The security told me that United World Exchange rented from Regis Business Center. The number to them is 312-466-5600. I called and spoke with Steve at Regis and he transferred me to United World Exchange.

I spoke to Ameina and she said her number is 1-800-609-3413 and Samir is her supervisor, his direct line is 710. She transferred me to him and he said that Joseph is out of the country picking up money and will be back Thursday. I told him to let Joseph know that I will be in touch no later than Monday April 10.

Samir was very reluctant to give me the correct spelling of Joseph's last name, but he did tell me that Joseph's address is in San Diego and should be on the web-site. That address is not on the web-site. The address listed on the Dinar Merchant site is the same address that is for United World Exchange in Chicago Illinois (the same address that Samir is located). He said that he will let Joseph know that I need to speak with him and he took my account number. My case is still not resolved!
