These people contacted me daily. Said that my credit had been approved for a one time activation fee. They requested my account number, which I stupidly gave them.

I had thought they were ligit because I had applied for a visa card. The phone numbers they gave me were false numbers. I put a stop on the payment, and hopefully I did it in time to save my account.
