Fraudulent Credit Card Scam Company Taking Money From People Needing Credit

Company calls with Toronto number wanting to give a credit card, either Mastercard or Visa. Mastercard has never heard of them. They get your checking account information and charge $199 to your account. The charge is suppossed to be a check, but it does not go through as a check. It is an online debit.
I put a stop payment on the check that I gave First Capital Consumers Group. But the stop payment on the check did not work because they did not send it through as a check. No Credit Card received, 5 different stories from different people, no call backs, and money missing from account.
Different phone numbers are: 1-416-488-4664; 1-416-488-4868; 1-416-413-1361; 1-416-488-8103; and 1-416-921-7854. Please help blow this SCAM wide open.
