Usa Card Services &ladco Leasing ripoff

I was ripped off by usa card services and ladco leasing, I had a website and they promised to help me with it to get it started. None of this was done. Ladco Leasing charged me for a credit card machine that i did not use. Sent it back to them on 7/15/04. Still charging me for the equipment. $119.00 monthy.

I refuse to pay it, now they are threatning with a law suit.

This is not right please help! They want a total of 5000.00 from me.
