Service Failed to provide service as advertised. Ripoff

I have been a member for several years (8-10) and I have only received positive reports on my credit. My initial intention was to receive credit ratings reports, as was advertised. The reports I always receive are generic and have no information that is of any help to me. This service costs $49. A year.

I received a card that asked if I wanted to cancel my membership, or to do nothing and it wouild be renewed automatically. I had to make ten calls before I could reach someone with which to speak. It was explained to me that the service provided protected me against identitiy theft. It doesn't seem to be a protection, but more of an alarm. I was able to cancel my membership with the help of a nice lady named Vickie.
