I just got rip off 60 dollars from this company.
Just for credit check. They told me my wife had filed bankruptcy which is total BS. B/c i just check on experian equifax trans union and there was no sign of bankrupcty. They denied me the place i want to rent.
I want to find out if what they're doing is legal because it doesnt seem right to me.

I myself going to pay rent have to do a credit check not my wife.in other words she has to do a credit check just to get his place and I got denied and they give a bs report about my wife that she had filed bankruptcy.
