Ripoff

I had refinanced with aames back in 2004 after my divorse. Another story, went through ok at 8.31% and cashed out for a good amount. I refied again in 2005 for more repairs, I was contacted by 2 employees and they fought between each other as I was pulled into the middle of it all. A corp. And 2 employees in the same corp calling me each to bicker and told each time it was taken care of and wont hear from them again, I did and the same story from the other? Is this tactic not illegal to confuse and dismay thought of the process and then take advantage of that situation to sell? Well after that I ran into problems with finances and had to refi again just to save the house from foreclosure. I unfortunately had to with this same company cause now my credit sucked and they knew it. Now still in a 2 year arm at 9. % am now bent over the coals and feeling raped. Mortgage is over 1400.00 with no insurance, no escrow, etc. They never get the paperwork correct even went to court for the foreclosure after I had confirmed that they where paid in full! I ask, should this type of work be illegal??!
