Phone ripoff

I was called around the 5th of april, a woman offered me either a free cell phone and a silver card for $199 or a free computer and a gold card for $219, $2500 credit limit with 4.6% apr for a year and 6% after that, i signed up for the gold card. On the 8th i was electronicly charged $219.00 from my account. I have not heard anything since.

I called the phone # i was givin (416-488-0219) and i get a voice mail of 1st capitol but its always full, so i cant even leave a message..

I was told i would recieve the card within 7 days, its been almost 30, im the sole provider, and $219 is a lot of money
