Stealing $1,000.00's of dollars a month!

I am so relieved to find this site, I have been a customer of Wachovia for about two years, not by my choice but my fiance thought that it was our dumb fault for incruuing overdraft fees etc. Well now I'm STEAMING mad! Wachovia makes around $1,000.00 a month from us and we are SICK of it!

I am so happy to see that I am not alone! I watch my direct deposit check go in and see it posted and put it in my "register" and within two days they have taken charges from 5 days previous stacked those on top and paid like everyone else has written the "highest amount" then instead of charging me a one time fee of NSF $35, I get charged $240.00 for 8 transactions that posted 5 days ago! AHHH!

It is not us the consumers that are screwing this up! I had a phone rep tell me to leave a cushion in the acct. I said How am going to do that if I'm paying you guys all these fees?

Get this! We deposited $6500 in 41 days, Paid $4900 in bills and transactions and incruued $1100 in Overdraft Unavailable Funds Fees! I want a lawyer and a class action suit! I could show you how in the last 3 years My fiance and I have paid probably $10,000 in fees to Wachovia, I am closing my account tomorrow and going somewhere else, most likely my mattress! This is completely crooked and cannot be moral!
