Ripoff tried to forclose on our house by sending our payments back

When Ocwen purchased our mortgage we have had nothing but problems. My husband got behind in the payment and when he tried to pay the current balance to ge us caught up they kept sending the checks back. My husband talked to them and they said we haven't paid. Then they said that the will accept the payment but started forclosure proceedings. When we thought we got it all straightened out a week later we receive circuit court paper for our house. My husband had to take a day off of work to call them and get it hopefully all takened care of. They would only accept a money order for the payment. They are the reason we got farther behind. Also they are now charging us $3000.00 for the forclosure paperwork. If they would have just took our payments, when they were mailed to them and not mail them back, none of this would be happening. Very upset and pissed off at ocwen. What a rip off company!!!
