Capital crafts sent product back for a refund months ago and havent heard from them yet. Ripoff

I ordered an earring making kit from capital crafts to make some extra money. To my surprise my mands are too big to complete the earrings. So i sent the kit back in resaleable condition for a refund according to their instructions. That was months ago. I havent heard from them. I even called them a few times and every call ended in a busy signal. My refund was suppose to be $50.00 dollars.
