They took my money without sending me my machine. Phone calls and e-mails are not being returned

I ordered on 9/16 a cricut expression. After numerous phone calls and emails which they did not return they cancelled my order on 10/26.

I have not been able to get any response for a refund. Is this a scam job. Provo crafts supports this store location on their website. I think they should also have to answer for this company.

I would not have ordered from them if they had not been on provo crafts website. I thought they were an honest company.
