Aka Discovery Mktg & Dist Continue to charge late fees, claiming payment was late. Dishonest ripoffs evil dirt bags false promises fraudulent ripoff business

The Company HRS USA aka Discovery Mktg & Dist, have been ripping me off for a long time, such as chargeing late fees when i know i have sent out the payment well in advance, they reccomend you to send payment 7 days prior to payment due date then when you get your next bill they tell you that the payment was a day late then wham! Another $29.00 goes on to your bill my bill is going up and up not coming down, i know im being ripped off but when you try to contact them you cannot get through to a live representative, this is a highly suspect company, dishonest business practices, should be investigated to stop this kind of cheating.
