Ripoff, misled me into thinking they were sending a visa mastercard and sent a merchandise card tis is not at all what we thought we were getting Pinellas Pa

I recieved a call and was told I could rebuild my credit with a visa/mastercard. I asked if it was a merchantdise card and the man said it could be used as a visa or mastercard. I was told it would be 250.00 and I would get 5 50.00 vouchers to help pay my first 5payments and I would not be out any money. So I thought it was a Visa/mastercard.

When I opened it, it was not at all what I wanted or expected it to be, I was in shock I called the company and they told me to try it. I went on their web site and found my story in usacomplaints.com. I am not a person who makes more than 6.75 per hour so I don't have very much money and it really put me in a bind.
