I'm a disabled, hardworking ex-vietnam vet and I became very angry by the deception of this company. Not until I called back for more questions and clarification was I told that this was NOT a regular visa or mastercard. I do not endorse this company's practices and plan to cancel my account before reporting them to my state consumer protection board and our very capable state attorney general.
