They tried to send me a credit card but when I called back they said that I can only get their stuff. They also tried to charge me $200.00! Ripoff

Capital Financial called me and told me that they were offering me a "CREDIT CARD" to help build my credit and that the intrest was only 8.9%. When they started to ask me questions like my routing number and my account number I thought nothing of it. Then when I got off the phone I was wondering if it was a visa or a MasterCard so I called back and they told me it was neither that I could only buy their stuff from THEIR "catalogue" or "web site". I was very upset and I am going to make sure that they never do this to another person again.
