Can't receive or send information resulting in fees

In January, I gave in to paying bills online. Every bill collector I have got their money except orchard bank. They claim I typed the account number wrong. I am extremely careful when dealing with my money. (especially online)
I was charged a 15.00 returned payment fee and a 30.00 late fee, which put me over the limit, causing the 29.00 fee. They did reverse the late fee after my very nasty e-mails. (I tried to call and was on hold for 1 hour without speaking to a person) Oh! Then to settle the payment for them to reverse the late fee, They would only accept check by phone to reverse the fee, which costs 12.95.
Februrary went fine.in March I noticed I had not received a statement. I went to their website, and there was a messege that some mail had been returned by the post office. Again I was charged a late fee. Again they did reverse it.
I guess because I work in customer service, I know how to deal with these people pretty well and my experience has turned out somewhat decent, but I do not think I will continue business with them.
