Ochard Bank Hsbc mismanaged maybe downright fraud ripoff

I can't say they are fraudulent for sure, but at least very mismanaged. My account was froze, "because my statement was returned by post office" Meantime because my statement was "lost" I was charged a late fee, which pushed me over limit, causing an over limit fee. I tried doing an online payment one time, which was declined because "I" entered the wrong account number. I don't know about everyone else out there, but I am VERY careful when entering my banking information on a computer. I just paid off this account, and am dying to find out what kind of fees I am going to face to close the account
