GMS took my money, then did not fulfill their guarantee Lansing, IL

I purchased the mail order program from Global Marketing Systems in November. I sent my first mailing on December 19.

Their guarantee states that if you don't receive AT LEAST a 1% response rate, their computer tracking system will alert them and they will do a remail for you after 60 days. It also says you will be notified via registered mail when this happens.

Out of a 1,000 piece mailing, I had 5 sales, which is 1/2 of 1%. Guess what? 60,70, 80 days passed. No registered mail. Their only published means of contact is an "on demand" fax number. Guess what? That doesn't work! So, not only did I not even recoup my costs for the mailing, I feel that I also "duped" five other people to spend money they may not have.
