Ripoff

My morgage was purchased by America serving in FEB I was not informed and kept sending my payments to my old company. I then refinanced and the closing company wired the payoff as quoted by Americas servicing to the bank account they provided. It has been 3 weeks and they have not recieved the money, I have a receipt that it was received but they cannot find it and are now saying they are going to forclose.
