Dishonest in payoff amount ripoff

When trying to get a payoff amount from EMC, they stalled for over 21 days (while the Title company held the money) adding fees and interest. Everyday they promised to fax the amount to the title company by the end of the day, and everyday there was nothing. Trying to get anyone with any decision making abilty was fruitless.

By the time I received the amount, another $2,200 had been added for interest, late fees, some kind of processing fee, etc. Etc.

If you have a choice on who to use for a second, DON'T pick this lying bunch.
