Ripoff fraudulent billing liars credit killers

I recently received all on the same day 4 different collection letters from this company. All are false and negative. One is even in my maiden name. I checked my credit report and I have a few reports from them that are completely and utterly false. Now I understand why my credit is in such poor credit standing. Now my credit is ruined and I have no idea what to do. I have no money to hire an attorney to sue. I think this company should have to pay for damages to my credit and be fined heavily and have the scam artists jailed for the stress they've caused everyone going through the same thing.
