My wife just called ASC to make a payment tonight and I cant believe what I've read here. But it makes since now that I have. I did not appreciate my wife being so upset that she was almost crying because of asc's or what ever they call themselves this week's awful customer service. They were actually questioning where we actually got our money to pay them our monthly mortgage. Why should they care how they get paid? They were upset because they are'nt able to charge us late. A couple of week ago they tried to take money out of our bank account for three or more times the amount of our payments, and this was not that our account was in default at all. Then our bank charges us for insufficient funds charge-four times! As this reflects how many times that ASC tried to
take out money. It's no business of theirs where we get our money. We both work respectible jobs and I actually take insurance claims for over 600 companies over the phone, I help people every day with issues and I have never heard of service like this. We could all take this a long way. ASC said they would not credit us for the bank charges. Now, also we cant get a transfer of loan because of ASC! We've only had our house since October everything was fine until now... I cant wait until I get one of those underpaid slave labor rats on the phone. I also found there web site.
