Visa Vue Card Ripoff

Ahhhhhhh!!! I don't even want to explain these jerk-offs any more. I filled out an application for what I that was a credit card. I was never confirmed, approved, denied-NOTHING. A few days later I have $160 directly deposited from my checking account. The card is a pre-paid debit card. Obviously if I have a checking account I have access to a FREE debit card, which I already have!

There are no warnings about the withdrawl transaction. The moment I saw the statement (that I view daily over the internet) I called and asked for a refund. I WAS DENIED because I didn't cancel withing 3 days of filling out the application. I took my bank longer to process the transaction than it took EDP to take my money. There is no possible way to get your refund due to their 3 day policy.

So what if you have all your terms and conditions hidden somewhere on your web page-ITS STILL CALLED A SCAM!!! A dishonest business that should be closed immediately. Go ahead, take my money-at least more and more people will learn and soon they'll run out of business. The whole idea of the card is STUPID. I would have never applied for it if it clearly stated the card as being "prepaid debit card"-who needs that? It's senseless. So it definitely makes sense why they have to control the whole money issue before people figure out what they are actually promoting and then add in the 3 day policy so no one can receive their refund.

They'll never answer your call. They put me on hold for 20 min and then an automated messege said "Sorry no one can take your call, try again later GOODBYE" They won't reply to the "CHAT" option on their web-site. Only by e-mail so they can make up fake numbers for your order #, that I still don't have or know, or only take the calls from those who still don't know about the scam and are asking about the card.

It's been two weeks since I gave in said screw you and told them to mail me my new Visa Vue PrePaid Debit Card with all transaction numbers and account information... I haven't received anything yet and I don't think I will. I did all I could do, now God... Go get em'!!!
