I refinanced with Ameriquest Mortgage, After haveing seen thier advertizeing on tv. I called them, a local agent contacted me via phone.

The appraisal was 85,000 by one of thier agents, or representetives that they use. After 6 months i had the option to refinance with them. I tried to, becuase i was in financial trouble trying to make payments.
After 6 months the value of my house had dropped to 60,000 with the new appraisal. Was unable to do the refinance based on that. The appraiser said he could not see where the mortgage co. Could have come up with the 85,000 apprasial value the first time.

My credit and financial situation is grim haveing been late or returned check do to insufient funds. Have received harsh and threatening calls from them. Had gotten a month behind becuase of returned check. Was able to catch up in one month, but was at risk of forecloser. Still have problems 3 1/2 yrs. Latte
