Alan Barnes of Debt Regret in Plano, Texas is a bald faced liar!!! Our account with Debt Regret was cancelled by us, not by Debt Regret.

With over 2000.00 available to settle accounts, Mr Barnes and his agents provided 2 settlement opportunities, both for the full amount owed on the accounts, in fact in one case it was more than what was owed on the account. He and their companies resident "shyster" cooked up the breech of contract scheme after they were informed that we would take a very aggressive stance regarding the rip off nature of their industry. Since then we have met with bankruptcy professionals who apprised us of the fraudulent practices these organizations use, ie contract language and double-speak.

Should the lying Mr. Barnes care to issue another rebuttal, we will be more than willing to post all our paperwork on-line so as to prevent him from stealing from other consumers who may find themselves in financial distress. Another thing to consider is the length this company has existed, which is less than two years. We will see long they last when attorney's general become involved.
