Ripoff misleading Credit card offer with a result of $200 deducted from account

I was called on my ceel phone on Monday the 20th 2006 with the offer of a credit card with the limit of $2000 and all I needed was a First payment of $200.

Well, unfortunately I've called and no results and the phone is busy at night; when i do get through they tell me something about a letter and It will come in the mail... Never shows.

My Wife is upset that we lost $200 and now im fighting to get either our card or our money back.
