No rip off, this is your money you worked fo

I am a 23 year old with a 1 year old son. These people called me several times. I hung up on them and they still called back. They asked me the account number so they could do a direct deposit and then after they they said it would be $298. I told them no and they said they will be sending me papers and if they do not get them back i did not have to pay. Needless to say no papers came and my money was gone. Now my son is sick and i can't take him to the doctors. I have no money. I called these people and they said my money will be returned but it's a week later and nothing.
