Bad customer service, jacked up financing Ripoff

Ought furniture last september and financed using allotments from my military pay. Every month i still had to take cash payments because they said there was no allotment even though its showing up on my pay. After many calls and visits i was told that this is basically my fault and i needed to just keep sending them cash.
