Ripoff did an unauthorized debit after being paid

Allied highway took cash out-of my bill. It began after I contact Amerian show and informed them I'd be spending them the cash i owed them friday (Feb, 27th). The did'nt approached me or any collection company just before my phone. That friday morning i obtained a phone from the vito currillo declaring national express approached them declaring I had been declining to pay for my statement. I had been surprised. I told him that i certainly approached the card organization that mon and informed them I had been likely to spend the statement that friday. He explained to provide him my balances info which he'd provide the info towards the credit card organization therefore no motion might start against my credit. Price that simply covered it down along with a mrs coronell that screamed at me, handled me just like a abuised two-year old, and recommended i email her concerning the event, just it is an phony email address. Someone please help me. My bill is in overdraw sculptures and that I have accumalated $120 under control costs.
