Jeff Joulsma, Representing the collection agency - Allied Business Services based out of Zeeland, Michigan has used deceptive collection practices such as use of his 'other' job in Allegan County as a Sheriff (reserve unit). Wearing a sheriff uniform to serve debt papers.

This is highly deceptive and we warn any persons who see this, to report him immediately to the Kent County sheriff department internal investigations.
