Lost Payments! Phantom Payments! FalseLate Reports! Misc Fund! No Dirty deed is Beneath Them! Baltimore

I found this website by accident. I noticed the last check I sent had not posted, Despite my wife telling me they assured her waiting a couple days for it to post was a good idea I decided to call them and get to the bottom of their trouble opening up envelopes. As my wife had not recieved a real bill or coupon statement in months, I thought it faster to get the phone # from the web. I was bombarded with instead horror stories of good people urging me to 'not wait till its too late'. I read obviously implanted stories from the company itself saying these people must be slackers... But thank you guys, cause you may have helped me in a nick of time.

I found that not only did they not find the check I should make a double payment as It was almost a month passing. My wife said that's okay it happened before 2 months ago. Alarms went off!!! So I realized they had conned her twice with the missing check routine. I searched the bank accnt and found diturbingly that the previous checks before that had posted at different amounts. Apparantly without notice my payments went up and the Checks were electronically taken at a different amnt. Than written. I almost bounced some credit sensitve payments and had to scramble fast at covering the amount.

It gets worse!!! When I called I was told I was behind cause of late fees (basic bull that had no bearing to my original mortgage agreement) I paid them anyway... The best way to be in the right is to cover yourself and show how they took too much than if I was short at all. Wrong... Then they made up a phantom house payment that was due on another day of the month and actually mailed (this time) a bill with two payments listed in one month. Of course I sent one with a note explaining their Mistake. Then they sent me another bill showing the phantom payment as late!!!

Meanwhile, I've pulled my credit and noticed they had lowred my score by reporting me late the two times they claimed they lost my checks. I immediately sent them a respha letter to find out if they could figure what they were doing and correct their mistake. You know the law suspends credit reporting during the time they are responding to this letter, and they must respond in 20 days from reciept (they havent) but how much you want to bet they have hit my credit again!!!

I have completed PREDITORY LENDING SOLUTIONS TRAINING in my area and now have a legal team ready to back me I have the proper forms from the state attnys office. And am ready to unleash the postal insp. If the mail gets lost again. I have a fighting chance because I have proof of everything and they don't, or they would have responded a month ago. I consulted with a high priced real estate attny, Who told me to fear not a foreclosure, Especially if you have good records, because it costs money to file a case and why not let them pay for it.

I urge everyone that for 2 years my mortgage was perfect while it was locked on a fixed rate. One whole year that America's Servicing Co. Had it it was smooth sailing. The second it was up for refinancing - BLAMMM!!! Hide the check game, Blame the postal service, etc... Take my warning to heart check your mortgage co. Send them a respha letter to see how everythings going don't wait till theres trouble!!! It may be to late even for me, but I would like to sincerely thank all of you who warned me to at least give me a fighting chance. Your loss is not in vain. My family thanks your effort. And I am including my story to help others as well. Thanks!!!
