Predatory lender They made us sign a forbearance that we should have never signed abused & mistreated dirty SOB's rip off scam con artists

We recieved a letter to start proceedings on a foreclosure of our home. Fairbanks stated that we were four payments behind and that with attorney fees, late fees and other charges we needed to pay them around 4800.00. I had a couple of weeks to get this together or they could work out a deal so that I could make payments on this. Their deal was adding $225.00 per month to my morgage payment every month, for 18 months.

The truly upsetting part of this whole ordeal is that I have proof that I had never missed a payment with them that they would not even consider. They stated that I missed a payment in July when in fact I made 2 that very month that they cashed and I recieved. I had made a couple of payments that were late but I would double them up the very next month.

The month that they started the foreclosure proceeds they infact mailed back my doubled house payment check never cashed but kept it two weeks and it got here after the foreclosure proceedings had started.

Now I have signed the forebearance agreement and they have now stated that I have bounced checks with them and I have to pay cash through Western Union. Guess what no checks to my knowledge have ever bounced with this company. I have been trying to get out of my mortgage but they have it on my credit report that I haven't made a payment since July. No one will take my mortgage over. So I am stuck paying the higher rate and struggling to make the payments to that I can keep my house.

Debbie a representative at the Utah center told me we don't want your house just your money. I am sick from this it has almost casued me to loose my marriage because of the stress that this company has put on the family I just want them to see the proof that I had never missed a payment and that I have never bounced a check. I want my old payments back.
