Fraudulent charges, constant harrassment abused & mistreated dirty SOB's

I am sick and tired of the constant harrasment by this company. I got laid off from work for a month and a half and then there was a death in my family which required me to be out of town for
another week. During that time my girl friend recieved calls sometimes 2 or 3 times a day, even after she explained the situation to their "Customer Service".
I am now working again and have sent what I could afford to send the past 2 weeks but the constant calls continue. They say my number is on their auto-dialer and there's nothing they can do to stop these calls until my account is caught up fully. I get calls daily! I'm about ready to have my number changed or file bankruptcy on them just to get them to stop! My other credit card company and another lender I'm dealing with are being most cooperative in this matter but Cross Country Bank is nothing but a GIANT ripoff that cares nothing about their customers whatsoever!
