Rip-off! Charged my account repeatedly without permission

I would like to add my name to the class action suit taken against this company. They repeatedly charged my account without my permission. They will say that you opened an account online and gave them all your information. Please. My credit report has been accessed without my knowledge so many times I can't count. These people know privacy is compromised these days. They should never charge an account without getting written consent!

Even after calling them they kept wanting my personal identifiable information without being able to give me any kind of written confirmation that the account would be cancelled per my request. How professional is that? I didn't even request the money back! I just requested that they discontinue the service and give me some kind of written confirmation that they had. I don't know why I expected that! I never received a written bill! Now I want back all they owe me, period!
