Ripoff bought paid off loans from loser bankrupt company Modern Finance and trying to collect on them

In may and september i purchased 2 vehicles which were financed through modern finance aka tico credit aka scum of the earth etc.in april i paid both vehicles in full and was sent both titles with both liens released.

In february i purchased a home and nothing from modern finance was listed on my credit report as being in default. On june lms services contacted me and said they purchased my loans from modern. What loan? Mine were paid off over a year ago!!! They said no way. I say show me proof of debt they refuse. To make a long story short, they never have or will show proof of debt because they dont have it. But there it sits, now on my credit report, and they will not remove it. I even sent the cancelled check and copies of the titles. They dont care. They sent me a letter that said " even though you have showed substantial proof that you have paid modern finance in full you still our our company a debt" again i say what??? I have filed with the ag in ohio hope to hear something soon but in the meantime if these idiots contact you get ready to fight. They try to collect on debts that they cant proove and dont exist. Beware!!!
