Palisades Collection
Ripoff keep sending bills for Heilig Meyers on a paid account

We have a letter from Palisades Collections LLC saying we owe them money as they purchased our account from Heilig Meyers.

Heilig Meyers went out of business in March and we paid off our account with them through Heilig Meyers Master Trust.

We have sent a certified letter to Palisades asking for proof of the debt, amount of debt, name of creditor, verification or copy of any judgment and also proof that they are licensed to collect debts in the state of Kentucky. They sent nothing we ask for!

Our credit report even shows this debt as "Settled" and "Paid In Full" as of April.

We've called Palisades, they are RUDE, they ask if I could read and hung up the phone while I was asking questions. This place and their employees are incapable of answering simple questions.
