I Am Also Getting Messed Up By LIARS, TAKE YOUR MONEY, SCAMMERS

Hi there,
I to dealt with nothing but drama going through this company. I do feel lucky compared to the other peoples complaints. Unfortunately it seems that we are all victims.

FCC failed to pay my creditors for 2 months. They were quick enough to deduct the $501 every month from my account. My creditors were calling me every day, morning noon and night. I called FCCC advised them what was going on and why are they not paying my creditors. They advised me that they are taking care of the situation and that I did not need to speak to the creditors, but to have my creditors call them. This went on for months, finally my creditors were paid... But with late fee's attached, some of my creditors raised my interest rates back to what they were before I was in the program.

No one at FCCC, tried to help me get anything back to normal. I would call and leave voice mails, send emails, be put on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally got through to someone a couple weeks ago and advised them that my interest rate has been up to 20 % for the past few months due to them not paying my creditors. The agent I spoke to called Discover and advised me that Discover was going to bring the interest rate back to what it originally was. I am still waiting to see if that comes out when I get my next billing statement. However what about all the higher interest fee's that I accrued because FCCC didn't pay them on time? I am never going to get that back.

My credit profile is even worse now, because it looks like I don't pay my creditors at all, or on time. I don't know much about the law, but I really don't think this is legal. I have looked over the contract that I signed. I want out, and they have breached it. I want out, but I also want the money I gave them for the deposit I put down when I first signed up with them. I have no idea how to get that back... Over $600...
Being a single mother this is a big chunk of money. I got myself into debt because I was laid off... And now I am suffering even more with what FCCC has done..

I really don't know what to do. I am hoping we can all get together and come up with some type of a law suit.
