Ripoff

They took 200.00 out of our cheaking the first of feb. Today 2/27 i recieved my card. Ive been ripped off. They said i would have 2000.00 limit. I only have a card i cant use. They said it would have the ability to draw cash to. Every thing they told me was untrue. I have to pay 35 % to order from there caTALOG ONLY.
