Ripoff Rude and won't listen to a d

Today my fiance and I went to go turn in the keys to our apartment complex since we just moved a week ago and check the mail there for the last time...

We recieved a letter from GC Services stating that my fiance owes $461 to a court house. We were really confused so he called them and asked them what it was about. The lady at 1st wanted to know all our info (our new address, our new phone number, etc) and he flat out told her no way not until he knew what it was regarding since the letter only stated that he owe a court house $461 and if he didn't pay it they would suspend his license...

Well we thought we took care of all his court costs (traffic tickets) 2 years ago and told her this and she said well you are wrong and you owe this and you have to pay us in full, and you have until tomorrow at noon to call us or we will suspend your license.

Well after the 2 hours drive back home (after we made all the stops we had to make in that town) I looked through our filing cabinet and found all (or most) of the court paper work and reciepts from paying his traffic tickets so he called back and at first the lady was really nice and friendly and then became a total witch saying she couldn't give us any more info on his account even though we were post to call them back
Ended up being an hour long phone call trying to find out everything

What the real kicker is $925 of the traffic (and court cost) we paid was through GC Services and have the reciept but they have no proof of that reciept even though we have her the number she asked for...

Oh and they except me to unpack all my boxed under 12 hours (with 2 girls ~ 3 years old and 18 months) to find the rest of the paper work LMAO they got to be joking
