Ripoff fraudulent billingcorrupt refuse to recognize or acknowledge refusing credit card

I was looking for a credit card that would benefit me. But after reviewing the charges I refused and instead of them canceling the application they processed the application. Thats not right. Thats considered corrupt and defraudment.
