Are Scam artists Ripoff

I too fell victim to this blasted company and 3 years later I am still struggling to get my money back. I am at the point where I will be filing a lawsuit against them to obtain my monies because they refuse to refund it. Their basis for refusal is they state I never sent in the paperwork they were asking for in order to move forward with filing my taxes. The funny thing is I actually have sent it to them via overnight carrier with signature that they were received all three times. I additionally have sent them certified return receipt letters they claim never having received with I have signature on. Not to mention faxes which I have confirmation they went through to the receiptent and they confirm the fax number is their own. This is a pattern I have noticed from all the complaints to the BBB through out the US and also with the CA Dept. Of Consumer Affairs where I also filed a complaint. My only question is with all of the complaints leavied against this company why are they allowed to continue doing business? Why hasn't someone stepped in to remove their license to do business and shut them down? I will one way or another get my money back if it takes spending more money to do so. With all of the complaints filed against them and other witnesses to testify along with all of my records I will get the return of my money but who will finally stop these people? Why don't we all get together and form a class action lawsuit against these people?
